I made the jumper wire and fixed my circuit board.

I did an ohm test on the board and all is good.

I then did an ohm test from my harness ground to the dash ground and ground jumper from the battery. All good there.

Removed the tach and re installed cluster. I think it worked. My turn signal light went out and functions correctly now. All the dash lights than can light up do. Without the tach in there you can't plug in all the light sockets. Dash lights in the cluster are nice and bright too.

My oil gauge doesn't work now but that could be because the tach is out and not completing the circuit on the board?

Next question, how do I test the tach to see if it's fried? or shorting out?
