Had the Cat out for another car show. Took some pics of the car after taking it off of the trailer.

Show got really crowded and there were so many people looking at the Catalina. Really made me feel good. At any time there was always a crowd around it. I parked it next to our tent so it made for an opportunity to ask questions. Boy did they ask questions.!! All were enthusiastic and not a single bad comment was made or they kept it to themselves. It was very rewarding. I had it parked such that people would round the next row (vender tents) and it faced them dead nuts on to the front of the Cat. I actually saw people stop in their tracks when it caught their eye. I think one guy had an epiphany when he first saw it. He just kept saying "Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ", over and over again.
What really made me feel good was some Father and Son interplay. More than once I saw Fathers explaining to their sons about the Gasser stuff (why the axle and the set back motor etc) and the Son explaining the turbo system. It was a really nice balance of passing information and like interests between the generations.
