You know I;ve read some of the other threads on this and meant to chime in to them. I've never seen one that wasn't, currently I have a dozen or so cranks on hand and they are all drilled. I'm not an engine builder or a guy who would see a ton of cranks just a hobbyist whos taken apart his fair share of engines.
