My car is a Street and Strip experiment so compromise was essential in its build. The goal being to have a reliable and reasonably economical highway cruiser, as well as being able to run respectable and consistent 1/4 mile ETs. (Note: I didn't say
super quick ETs, I said,
respectable ETs. ) It's a street car first, with an occasional visit to the track. EFI and an overdrive trans are the key elements in making it all work.
