Ahh... Welcome, 350 brother!
There is the usual bolt on combos that make it breathe better - intake/carb, headers/exhaust, etc. You already have the aftermarket intake setup. If I were you I would make sure my ignition was up to snuff with properly operating mechanical and vac advance. A good working hei will do you very well, nothing crazy.
After that, you could get headers, but I think stock logs and dual exhaust would be totally adequate for stock heads and mild cam upgrades. A stock cam is most likely your constraint. But that starts getting closer to engine rebuilding. I would go for a new cam.
I have been having fun with my 350 and Summit 2800 cam. I am still seeing how much I can squeeze out of it.
What rear gears do you have?
