Keep in mind it costs a lot more to do an engine that is destine for high RPM.
You could just use 'generic' 461 short blocks, have a spare on hand, and still be cheaper than one high RPM engine. Setup for the intended RPM range is really the only variable.
That way you can concentrate on the chassis and support systems, get that all ironed out.
