Mike, i don't know the dealer in Star.

By comparing other 1965 Pontiac Plant (PMD) to NC shipping amounts on other 1965 invoice amounts .... it looks like this dealer will be either in the western-most / eastern-most / or southern-most extremities of the state.

Have never found a GTO car or document from Greensboro Pontiac dealer other than a plain jane 72 GTO.

My GT-37 must have been originally sold or ordered through Bill Beck Pontiac in Charlotte since it is listed on the build sheet. My PHS shows Sonny Hancock Pontiac in Gastonia, NC. I believe Sonny Hancock now selld foreign junk.
