Depositions at the courthouse are a common occurrence here. It's a centrally located place that's a lot easier to find than a lot of the lawyer offices and it's a convenient location for both lawyers.
Before the depo, ask to see a copy of your statement to refresh your memory.
If you're not sure of something, say so; don't guess.
Don't sweat it. Depending on the case, you'll probably spend less than 30 minutes in the depo.
