Sounds almost exactly like the one I almost bought? If so did he repair the rusted out trunk seal area? Pretty sure its the same car. When I spoke with him couple months ago he would not budge off $3500 and said all he needed to do was put the fuel tank back in to get it running and it would then be a $5000 car. Looks like he got it running like he said and now wants $3250.
