It it's any consolation to any of us, regardless of how many hobby guys are still alive, the cars will live on. There may not be many people getting into restoring cars and car club events, but when I roll my bitch down the block, heads turn hard. The appreciation for classic American muscle cars will always have fans. Most of the people who will appreciate the cars will be the general public and not hobby guys like us. Sad but true, but at least, the cars WILL still attract attention after we are all dust. Even my 11 year old daughter has has just realized in the past few years, that the car is something special and gets a total thrill out of getting a ride in the car. She can't wait to drive it herself.

Not sure about that last part....
