Jim Valeko ported "2nd Run" E-Heads (for Marty Palbykin and I) that had better head flow than anything that Pete McCarthy and the "experts" at the time were doing in "our world".
Agree, sometimes it takes a fresh look "from the outside" to make a real change in the efficiency of the head for a Pontiac.
I would say that B Cerelli fits that Valeko mode also as he did mostly "The Other Guys stuff" until he started doing Bob and Franks Tiger Heads. Cerelli's stuff works.
