"Balls to the Wall" oil temps might be 360-370 degrees F and engine water temps 180 degrees F creeping to 200 on a "Balls to the Wall" emergency run.

So the cooler pulls 170 degrees of heat out of the oil using the stock Ford Coolant system on one side of the heat exchanger and the oil system on the other side.
No external pump required.
