Now do it with the head of a fillister head screw with the head of the screw on the topside....
File a flat on one side that touches the plate when it rotates over and contacts the screwhead. File to fit.
Haven't figured out why no one thought of this any sooner.
Take it one step further and cut different sizes (diameters) of the heads on a lathe and have different degree screws....
This is too easy.
