Mike, the KRE and both E heads (D and Round) have heart shaped chambers, but when compared side by side they are all different. Which one is better, that's a good question. I think the majority of these heads will be modified so it will just depend on the guy holding the grinder.
More than anything I think it just gives the porter a head start and a better base to start with.
