I am also looking at the American Wire update harness for the car, this would replace the fuse box with a modern ATC blade fuse box, but in order for me to use that harness... I must switch to an Internally Regulated Alternator..... So you see.... I have some decisions to make....

Right now.... I think I am giving up on my Manual Brakes.... I got a ride in the UMI Green Machine Monte Carlo last weekend..... and I see no possible way for me to get that kind of braking force from Manual Brakes.... So I will be installing a Booster most likely....

That's my update for now.... not that you asked...LOL
Nice! What booster setup are you going to get? 11" delco/ 1.125" master?

Be careful with the American Autowire setup. I have a friend that just did a 67 Chevelle and he had some trouble with his and still does. Hes a very smart guy too. I think based on his experience i'm going to do M&H. My under hood harness from them was perfect.

Get the VHX gauges! I like the stock stuff but its too dim, i'm tired of having gauges hanging all over in my interior and on my steering column and they really are pretty trick. the nice thing is at a glance no one sees that its not stock. Its subtle unlike the plastic dashes they sell for autometer stuff.
