I am totally disappointed with Havens! I do not recommend him.
He never told me that I would be responsible for paying the return shipping cost of his special wooden tri power crate. I paid for the return of the crate, though I respectfully expressed my displeasure with him for not being up front about it. Probably because I challenged him on that, he has offered minimal help (a one word answer) on the persistent center carb problem of my unit(which I immediately paid over $2,300.00 for). At the very initial start up of my new rebuilt engine and up until yesterday (a total of about 2 hours running time) the car has had great difficulty starting. He obviously gave me a faulty or inferior pump because yesterday I changed out the accelerator pump and now it works fine. BTW, I did not pump a dry carb causing the pump to fail.
A couple of other negatives about his service was in his lack of communication. He failed to find out some of my car's finer details which affected the tri power build. He did not install the air filters I requested and included the wrong thermostat.
