FWIW, I've bought quite a bit of Eastwood paint products so far (mainly frame and detail paints, no base/clear), and have had no issues with the quality, but their packing skills are lacking.
My last order was about 2 years ago, and there was hardly any packing inside the box to keep the cans from moving, actually, there was just a few of those small air pillows thrown in. The cans all arrived dented, and I am sure if the lids had not had the safety clips on them, there would have been an "incident".

I am looking into Dupont's Nason line as well. Can't get the old chromabase/chromaclear anymore.
