I've taken XP out of our loop but have retained it for our accounting system as I mentioned earlier. It's still linked to a secondary internet cable but is in no way linked to our regular office computers.

All banking and e-mails (and these forums etc), run independantly on Windows 7.

When XP support was withdrawn, our bank started sending constant reminders saying they would not be held liable for any inappropriate transactions placed on an unsupported system. That was enough to make me jump up to 7

Just to show what a Neanderthal I am, I'll have to confess 2 years ago, I was still using Excel on Windows 95 running on a 486. I used to do all our import costings on it but had to stop only because the printer linked to it died. In fact I only chucked it out a few weeks back. Sad day as it was just so friendly to use. Modern technology is sometimes not suitable to us old guys!!!
