I guess this is pretty easy for me. My fav of all the cars Ive owned is my current 66 GTO vert. Its the car I dreamed that Id own since I was a kid. Everything that car currently is and what I have planned for it is IMO awesome. Ill never part with it. Ive put 1700 miles on this past summer which is a lot for me in one season.
The car I miss the most would be a toss up. My 66 Blue Charcoal Lemans was such a great car and the memories I have with that car are endless. In the 15 years I owned that car, its the one that got me involved in the hobby and made so many friends. The other car I miss wand would love to have again someday is a 76 Cutlass with T tops. I had one back in high school and to me that car was cool all over. Of course it was my fist car. Bought for $900 and was my fav color - blue.
