I bought one from Auto Zone that worked really well. Used it until I could afford and bought a GM power antenna for my 66 GTO. The one from Auto Zone looks just like the one with the Shark name on it. This one from AZ worked great in the rt rear quarter panel.

I still have the one from AZ stashed away. It does work but it's been sitting for 3 years in storage. I can sell it to you for 60.00 + shipping if you want it. Send me a PM as I don't get into the 64/65 forum too much. I'll check it out more tomorrow.

I do suggest you get the power antenna adapter, nut, and mounting pad set for 65 from PY. It will look more original that way.
