Yeah, I believe it too....but the question is, do you think it's a factory application?
The only factory Rally Stripe that I know of for '68 is the dual pinstripe, similar to the one in your example Boss but applied at the lower body line. It ran from the front bumper to the rear bumper.
That's really all I'm trying to establish since GTOwolf seems sure the stripe he's talking about was a factory stripe. As he states above, he remembers seeing pics of new cars with the fender stripe that extends to below the quarter glass. I've never seen that.
Just trying to learn if I'm wrong about that.
