I did similar in 90's only 3 speed fan motor... later found an aluminum toothed pulley in used machine scrap pile at work that was about same diameter as the Moroso pump pulley(way bigger than optional "overdrive" pulley that really isn't overdrive ratio). Scrounged up a different belt. Added a cheapy flex fan to pump as well. Low speed was good to get motor warmed if needed on cool days/nights... medium adequate for most all else... Hi got switched on when on return road and brought temps down quick. Hi sucked a bunch more amps though but that may have been the added flex fan load as it notably moved more air.
I still have the pulleys, a few belt sizes and the original Moroso motor n bracket. Moroso motor got real hot, real quick trying to run the big pulley and fan. I may revisit this with different motors/fan/better charging to test. My stock altenator didn't keep up trying to street drive with it in traffic is why I abandoned it.
