Here is the dyno sheet on Kelvins motor when he realized a cylinder was out of round. Same Ross pistons as yours, flat tops with a smaller bore. This was also before he added the dry sump.
These pulls showed 945 HP without having the motor sealed.
I think it's safe to say you have the parts to make 950 HP keeping the motor under 7500 RPM.

But I'll be using the Ported low rise intake...........The tunnel ram isn't mine to sell...so I thought it made sense to dyno the motor with the intake that will go with the motor.
