You have to get that thing in the circus and make millions. I googled everything I could think of and I am still not sure what it is.
Maybe you know about it, and are giving it home? It is nesting close to your cat's litter box.
Just thought I'd point it out, as it looks like a threat to your cat, maybe your wiring, and possibly yourself.
