The PCV bracket for the 4 bbl.-only engines was painted, so it seems the manifold bolt securing it would be painted, also. I've only seen one hose bracket on 4 bbl. engines---mounted just behind the "F" fitting.

Driver's side plug holder was dipped for Tripower engines, but may have been the plastic-type on 4 bbl. engines. The reason for the dipped bracket would likely be for air cleaner clearance on the big car Tripowers.
