Dolly for rear end
Success! Thanks TomV. Again, I got tired of dropping rear ends and dragging it around on the floor so I did something about it. Since I had a couple of homemade pipe stands and some scrap tube, I put it all together and this is what I ended up with. Adjustable and rolls around for easy storage. I made two different length yolk sleeves - one for shown Chevy and the other for my 64 Pontiac Lemans. No more balancing act when dropping it out of the car or putting it back in! It works like a champ. I'll make another, but with the roller legs about 1" taller to allow easier release of the jack from the dolly. Next project is an engine test stand. Anybody have a picture of theirs?
