Weld pins to it and pull it out if the metal is salvageable. That will save you a lot of time and money.... and some head knocking too. Check with a body shop friend and they'll show you what I mean. I can't think if the name of it, but I can see it in what's left of my mind. LOL we used one of them in the body shop all the time. Saved on taking things apart that didn't really need to be pulled apart.
