In the attachment are the colors as tabulated by Fred Simmonds in 1989. From what I can gather (I haven't done the math in years), they don't total to final GTO production or they don't take into account special-order colors, so I dunno.
I think from this doc, we can assume 1/6 of Judges were OO.
