Default Intake cooling

Rohrt, Google "gasoline volume correction." I would like to know why the gas companies settle on 15 Celsius as their bench mark. Might be as simple as the refinery storage tanks around the country average out a temp of 15C(winter /summer). Or it could be that at this temp it has the biggest heat sink properties and holds its temp unless subjected to big variations one way or the other. Ed
