Jack, HO was doing that with a 326. But it was not a normal 326. It was a 50s block with a very short stroke and those real small mains. Factory modified forged crank. RAIV heads.
They modified a sbs Edelbrock two four tunnel ram.
You can bet it pulled well past 7000 RPM.
