I'm not that up on the Pontiac version but I have some knowledge of Chevrolet in the same years. 2 door couples and fastbacks here in the west are doing well in driver condition but as a fixer in that condition they are very slow to sell. The price sounds about right for all three cars though.
As for resale on the sedan, IMO that will be best to part out. Not many people willing to spend time and money on 4 doors. There are many nice examples out there selling for far less than it will cost to restore one.
