You need to reach around to the backside of the headlight switch. There is a button on the top side. Press the button and pull the knob at the same time. The knob with stem should come out. After that un-screw the bezel from the front side.
The lighter screws together from front to back. Hold the front side and un-screw the backside.

Thanks for the reply. Everything worked out great! Now if I can just figure a way to remove the A/C center vent air defuser without removing the dash I'll be a happy camper.
