I was thinking of a comment from Cliff about one of his customers that ran a RPM intake on a considerably more powerful engine. There was some thought that a cylinder or two on his RPM intake may have been somewhat restricted causing a cylinder or two to go lean, and pound the rod bearings on those cylinders. I'd imagine Dave B. has an answer...
