All I do is drag and drop the MP3s to the USB stick. In the car you need to search media and then play them from there. It's not like sliding a CD in the slot and it automatically starts playing.... you need patience and need to read the manual. But it does work.

Imagine the amount of music you can put on a little ol 8 GB USB stick. Even a 32 or 64 GB stick.
