The HO Racing 326 was a 1956 316 .060 out of a GMC armored truck because the block and crank were heavy duty. The shift point was 8500 and the red line was 9300. It had a Isky roller cam but the rockers were Pontiac RAIV as were the heads. They were ported by Craig. It had a custom stud girdle and Isky Vasco Jet triple springs. They never broke any engine part.
The car was a NHRA legal E/MP 65 Le Mans. 58 big Pontiac rear with 6.14 gears and had a M22 Muncie.
Must have been a blast.
If it was not for guys like the HO racing folks we would be in the same shape as Olds and Buick fans. Thanks.
