From the looks of that spoiler I'd have to guess you'd be losing roughly 2.5" of clearance. So your 10.5" at the bumper now becomes 8". Once you sit inside the car or add passengers even less than that.
If it was made of rubber, not steel you might get by with it.
Either way, if you do go for it (a very nice looking part by the way) you will always be thinking about it whenever you negotiate a driveway or any big dip in the road at speed.

Glad I didn't buy that spoiler. Iv'e had a few instances where im pretty sure it would be torn off by now. Good call Bart.
