The color chart mentions that the front fender louver and rear quarter side marker light bezel get painted to matcht the stripe.
I like the idea of black stripes with the blacked out louver and bezel along with black Ram Air decals on Canyon Copper....hmmm.

Can't recall if I've ever seen the D98 side stripe on a '71 in the past, Dennis, but my memory is rapidly failing . . .
You're idea of a Canyon Copper 'bird with black stripes, "RAM AIR" callouts, sidemarker lamp bezel and louver does have me drooling. Would definitely be a killer combo!
