Scott, thanks for the pics.
We are starting to believe it is in the box. The only thing that would cause it to act like it is would be the flapper.
PontGuy, it is just the opposite of what you would expect. The heat comes out the correct locations when the cool is picked and reverse.
Even "the toilet flushes" when we switch the power on
.
Will pull the box after the holiday weekend.
Thanks for the offer on the box Scott. It looks great. I'll get back either way when we find out for sure if that's the issue.
