Not so much like that anymore, LOL. But every saturday night in Victoria BC Canada there is a couple of spots everybody goes to and cruises between. Every sat there is Cruise ships that dock in Victoria and the car owners like to cruise down to that location and sit for a bit the cruise back home through busy part of the City, making a little noise. No stop light stuff, a couple of early coupes got impounded for 7 days for havin a little fun.
