Trust me the "BREAKING engine" comment was NOT aimed at no one, I have always said that (for decades)! I wish nothing but GOID LUCK for anyone racing a Pontiac Period! Years ago back when I was running LOW 11's (in the late 80's)we had a group of racer we called the GO-FAST guys all they did was go fast BUT for only a couple or passes they'ed spend MORE time working on their cars then racing them.........we laughed at them, they were manly Chevys with a few (very few) Fords mixed in. So NOW I try NOT be be like them, my buddy stays on my case because its more FUN to race the car then always working on the car!! So back to my breakage and car taking so long to get done...........Jack you forgot to mention that I had my car re-painted (with body work) and 2 new doors, a hood and new windows and I sill made it out for 4 races..........not to bad!! Now for it going slower still working on a different combo, it takes time..........RIGHT but unlike some racers I actually RACE it......going out for the 3rd time next weekend (Blue Suede Nationals, Norwalk).
HOPE everyone makes it out to the Pontiac race and runs WELL with NO breakage! PONTIAC RULE!!
