You have to reuse the whole aluminum base from your existing switch. You can "unroll" the three places where the switch body is swedged to the base, and stake them back over when you have mounted the new plastic switch and wire harness. I'm the case of yours, you may need to drill and tap the barrel that the turn signal lever mounts to.

I used the M&H switch for a 65 tempest floor shift to steal the switch part. Bad news is they cost $80
