Ah, here ya go, same ol', same ol'....they're estimating it will reach around $3.50 a gallon before the "crisis" is over, and as usual it will take months and months for it to creep back down while the oil companies line their pockets.

WHITING, Ind. (WLS) -- Gas prices are expected to rise in the Chicago area over the next few days because of a problem at the BP refinery in Whiting, Ind.

The largest of BP's three crude oil distillation units, which distills about 240,000 barrels of oil per day, was shut down Saturday for unscheduled work. BP says there's no estimate when the repairs will be done.
