That imdb page seems to indicate it was the same car. I did hear it was red at one time but had never seen photos with my own eyes. Mighty nice of Mr Mitchell to let Elvis drive it around a bit.
I was kind of hoping it was a second car - a kit - since I think that car is the most beautiful ever made. I'd come out of retirement to build one of those if a kit was available.
