Yes, it does. Just as much as it does with NA. I've learned that doing my blower conversion. The air quality numbers are critical to a safe and powerful tune. The difference is in a boosted situation, you can always (theoretically) increase the air input to compensate for "bad" air, something you can't easily do in an NA application.
