The aftermarket replacement mounts for a 62 or 63 4 cyl car are nowhere near made correctly. They are made out of some kind of cheap rubber that is almost as hard as a rock. That transmits ALL of the vibration from the engine right into the cross-member and on into the body structure. If you've ever seen NOS mounts you could see what I am saying. They were designed to be real soft and "cushy" to help absorb and deflect some of the vibration away from the body. At this point there is probably nothing you can do to make it any better. That engine has a lot of imbalance forces acting within it and that is simply the way those 4 cyl cars are.
It's too bad there's not a easy way to transplant a modern engine into one of these old cars.
