I noticed it's been painted assembled, paint on bolts, clips, fasteners that should not be Blue. Also looks like a '73-up hood, four holes across the front inner edge plus the oval hole instead of round. All things that could be fixed though.
The Tremac seems out of place to me, in this car. Think I'd rather have even a regular M21 if a M22 couldn't be located.

I spoke with the guy. At first he was very nice, but as the conversation continued, he got nasty. I was interested in the car even with the items I saw a problem with but he wouldn't give a vin number or a copy of the PHS.
I asked if it was a early or late VIN. When he said the build date was 1/31/72. I told him "Thank You for the info but I was no longer interested in the car". He asked why and I told him I think the speedometer might have been changed because it should have "beltminder" on a late built car. He asked why that would make a difference and I said at this time (for me anyway) the car is TMU. Then he started F bombing and said "I don't like you numbers matching guys" so we ended the conversation.
I think there's a lot more wrong than looks on the surface.
