Yep, Texas allows open carry as of January 1, but I'll continue to pocket carry. I chose the DeSantis V5 pocket holster for my Ruger. At least with the new open carry law I won't have any worry about printing.
Oh and be sure you purchase the LC9
s or LC9s
Pro. Both are striker-fired and have an infinitely better trigger feel than the original hammer-fired LC9.
