I have a pretty good sized radiator with 2 10" fans. Yes I run Alcohol. The yellow top Optima I have is Group size 31T it has 155 reserved minutes. I like running an alternator for its consistency in volts (very important) 13.5 or so all the way down the track pass after pass after pass.
Seriously there are a bunch of different ways you could go.............this combo has been working for me for years and years.
