thats the switch and the right pedal, switch could be bad..easy to test it works or it doesnt
check continuity slide it,it works or it doesnt its on and off..
you have another issue there..those purple wires are neutral safety..and they are out of the plastic connector from the console harness and they jumped it with the blue wire..it will start in any gear and thats bad or potentially bad
