Read reports that it was a hoax (fake video) made by a couple of university students for a journalism class. On a side note that in itself is somewhat troubling that they teach the students to alter videos nowadays. That said if it happened close to me everyone would be talking about that bird in the past tense. If it tried it once it will try it again just like a rogue animal that keeps showing up in populated areas and causing problems. JMHO Ed
